| Backstory: | Dr. Hemock, aka Mayhem, is not on the standard patient roster at FRACD but a transient being held awaiting trial. His current death toll is 172 with hundreds seriously injured throughout his criminal career. His madness took hold while working at the Groom Lake Research Facility (area 51). Mayhem was incarcerated on base for three years only to escape with the assistance of some stolen military hardware. He spent another three years in hiding before being detained during a gambling run on the casinos dressed as an old man . He fled his captors by releasing a toxic gas killing or permanently injuring those in the casino. Then four years later he was captured on a ranch based on a tip given by a female employee that had come forward claiming Mayhem had set up a laboratory and was paying for harvested fetuses. He was once again taken into custody by the military and a government coverup put into place. Mayhem struck a deal with the government to keep his secrets, in exchange he was tried in the public sector with no public awareness. He was found completely insane and sentenced to life in Lake Haven Sanitarium. He was accidentally placed in the general population for movie night due to a clerical error. The result was the the worst mental institution catastrophe on recorded in human history. All of the staff and the majority of the patients were slaughtered in the massacre. Mayhem decided it was time for him to leave the states along with 62 fellow patients from Lake Haven. They hijacked a freighter headed for china killing the crew on board . A failed security check from a patrolling Coast Guard ship set forth a three day fire-fight. This ended with the majority of the patients from Lake Haven dead or seriously injured. Mayhem was found unconscious after being struck by a shipping crate. Currently, he is being kept in a chemically induced coma as per instruction of Dr. Freeingman. OOC: Mayhem is just that, mayhem. He is one of the most dangerous men humanity has ever produced. His thought process is always a step ahead and he seemingly always wins. Having little regard for his fellow humans he will stop at absolutely nothing to achieve his goals. |
