| Backstory: | Dr. Wong lost his license to practice medicine four years after receiving it. It was found that he was injecting his patients with an unknown substance. The chemical was tested and found to be benign. Two years later however the patients involved in the previous malpractice begun mutating. Some of the mutations were as simple as odd hair growth or eye color changes. Others however sprouted new yet horribly disfigured limbs. Some begun developing new organs that were ultimately rejected causing death in the patient. Dr. Wong’s home was raided and he was taken into custody. The authorities found that Dr. Wong had been testing on dogs and cats picked up off the street since his license was taken. He kept meticulous records of each experiment. In total he had taken in 74 dogs and 93 cats. Most have died or been destroyed by the doctor written off as just another step in his research. He kept twelve cats as his personal pets. Each had multiple tails, long fluffy soft blue fur and glowing pink eyes. The cats were sent off to universities for further testing, most died in just a few days seemingly from separation anxiety. OOC: Dr. Wong wants only two things in life: the freedom to continue testing (preferably on humans), and blue cats with pink eyes and lots of tails. Mayhem has promised both of these things to him and Dr. Wong is extremely grateful for it. |
