| Backstory: | Mr. Sterling is Dr. Hydes long time friend and trusted associate. They have spent many an gas-lit night together locked in one workshop or another creating and crafting. Mr Sterling is well know for his Sterling Waste-to-Rain machine, which as the name suggest injects human bodily waste after it has been processed and sanitized into the clouds cover through a colloidal process producing precipitation. This of course was a bit shocking to the population until they witnessed Mr Sterling drinking a fresh glass of rain water created through his process. Little does anyone know that his process was still in the testing phase and he contracted Hepatitis that day. Mr Sterling to this date has over 13,000 patents filled with the Office of invention, patents , and Vacuum Delivery. |
| Power: | Mr. Sterling can invent almost anything given time. He may not be the fastest at what he does, but he will eventually get the job done. |
| Effect: | Player can invent and build anything from anything as long as it is approved by Fatal Scenarios and a decent explanation is given. |
| Limitation: | It takes the character 45 minutes of active "engineering" to accomplish his task. |
